We are looking for Danish Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:

-Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
-Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
-Handling effectively all incoming incidents
-Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

Conditions:

-Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract

-Salary:
1) Fixed: 18.000 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)
2) Performance Bonus: 2.500 Euros gross/year

-Shifts: Monday-Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00 (rotative)
-Location: Barcelona Center

Requirements

-Danish native speaker with fluent English
