The responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable team are as big and broad as youd expect from a global business. From receipts and invoicing, to credit notes and refunds, to bank reconciliations, their diverse activities are integral to our success in handling our annual revenues. For keen financial minds, there are so many avenues to explore. We rely on impressive expertise to prepare vital reports, process bank disputes and drive forward any necessary collection activities to a satisfactory conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) reports on a daily basis, prepares/requests ad hoc outstanding accounts reports, process payments to Dell and Channel partners, according to the internal procedures.  Proven ability to drive tasks to completion & action all items from daily, weekly and monthly reports within agreed time frames.
  • Understands and applies principles of invoice reconciliation and basic accounts receivable processes.
  • Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice queries/disputes for Channel partners & reviews status of accounts, responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Review all due diligence information on prospective and existing customers in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures before authorising the release of hardware orders into the Dell systems or channel partner;
  • Complete AML review of new customers & investigate any matches which are detected against PEP/Sanctions lists; 
  • Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure that volumes, screening activities and key priorities are agreed to ensure timely turnaround; 


Essential Requirements

  • Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Works under general direction is comfortable working collaboratively in a small team where cross-skills are critical to achieving shared success. 
  • Strong attention to detail, administration and organizational skills & very good communication skills / fluent written and oral English
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Formulas, Lookups and Pivots) ability to create and analyze reports


Desirable Requirements

  • Prior leasing knowledge.
  • Prior KYC and AML regulation knowledge.
  • Knowledge of collections processes and core bank and Dell systems
  • Second European language.
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good problem solving skills ability to use different systems information and/or seek help from different internal business departments to resolve road blocking issues
