We're looking for a proven leader who knows how to build and motivate inside sales professionals with diverse backgrounds and different levels of experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, passionate and an individual who knows how to lead a high performance inside sales organization. You will lead a team of Account Managers who are responsible for up-selling and cross-selling across LogMeIn’s product portfolio in the DACH region. You should have a solid track record of successful management of teams, forecasts, and territory strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a high visibility role in an entrepreneurial and dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will achieve overall team sales goals
  • You will develop and lead sales strategies to grow existing customer base and acquire new enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate across other LogMeIn departments to ensure teams are selling across the portfolio
  • Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization
  • Work with the sales reps to develop quarterly and annual territory management plans and goals directed at achieving assigned sales targets
  • You are tasked with mentoring, performance management, and career development of the team
  • You will fill open headcount with highly qualified and motivated sales talent

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of success leading an enterprise SaaS sales team
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Dynamic strategic thinker and problem-solver
  • Solid go-to-market instincts to feed information back from the field to marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated record of success communicating effectively via telephone and in person with customers and successful achievement of meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and the Internet
  • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated ability to coach others, lead by example and work collaboratively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a constructive tone
  • Good work ethic, will to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
  • Business-related BS degree/MBA preferred but not required
